Scope of Practice: Massage therapy, Reiki, sound healing, fire cupping, and herbal consultation are holistic and complementary therapies. They are not intended to replace standard medical care, and we do not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe controlled substances, or perform spinal manipulations.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process.
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice or a "no-show" may result in a cancellation fee of 35% of the service price or the full service price.

Safety and Respect: We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional healing environment. Any illicit, aggressive, or sexually suggestive remarks or advances will result in the immediate termination of the session, and the client will be liable for the full payment of the scheduled service.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, contraindications to massage therapy, intoxication, or disrespectful behavior.
